Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order providing they have not shipped All returns and cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return an item, you must first call or email us for a "Return Authorization Number" and the return address. Items must be returned within 30 days, in resalable condition and in the same packaging as received including all tags and labels. Please insure the merchandise as any damage that may occur in shipping is the responsibility of the buyer until received by Little Bear Interiors. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from all returns. Free shipping specials: Our free shipping special does not apply to merchandise that is returned, therefore, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused and no credit given. The following items are subject to a 20% restocking fee: Furniture, Lighting, Area Rugs, Mirrors and Home Furnishings. Please Note: Special Order Items, Custom Made Items, Holiday and Sale/Clearance Items are not returnable. Health regulations do not permit us to accept opened packages of sheets or bedding, items that have been used, items that have been washed or towels.

Damaged Items:

Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 3 business days after the merchandise has been received.
